Return & Refund Policy
Hamare sabhi products (Grocery aur Books/Copy) minimum margin yani lagbhag kharid rate par beche jate hain. Isliye return aur refund sirf kuchh khas situations me hi diya jayega.
1. Damaged ya Defective Product
Agar customer ko damaged, leaking, ya defective product milta hai to delivery ke 24 ghante ke andar return request kar sakte hain. Iske liye unboxing video proof dena zaruri hoga.
2. Replacement Policy
Damaged ya defective item par replacement diya jayega. Agar same product available nahi hua to store credit ya refund diya ja sakta hai.
3. Non-Returnable Products
Nimn products ka return accept nahi hoga:
- Khula hua ya use kiya hua grocery item
- Books/Copy jo use ho chuki ho ya damage ho chuki ho
- Customer dwara galat order kiya gaya product
4. Return Request Time
Return request delivery ke 24 ghante ke andar karni hogi. Iske baad request accept nahi ki jayegi.
5. Refund Process
Approved refund ko process hone me 5-7 working days lag sakte hain. Refund original payment method ya store credit ke roop me diya jayega.
6. Important Note
Ham products ko minimum price par bechte hain, isliye bina valid reason ke return ya refund accept nahi kiya jayega.
